Protecting Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your privacy is protected by the Privacy Act 1988 which covers the collection, use and disclosure, quality and security of your personal information. Due to the nature of our online business, we are required to collect certain information from you in order to process the transaction. Information such as your name, address, email address and credit card details will be requested. The Brandog Team will handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988. Except where otherwise legally appropriate we will treat your personal information as private and will not sell, distribute, or misuse it in any way. Accurate Representation of Products

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products both in text and in graphics. Slight colour variations may exist as a result of our photo editing process and/or your computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Brandog.com.au will not be held responsible for such colour variations as this is beyond our control.

Size Guide

Please note that size "Large" does not indicate suitability for a large dog. You must measure your dog BEFORE you proceed with any transaction. Please use the Brandog size chart when measuring your dog. This size guide reflects the dimensions of Brandog merchandise so it's important to use our guide, not another guide. Slight variations in size may occur from time to time and we will not provide any compensation in the event that this should occur. We will however, exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.


Brandog Gift Cards

Your Brandog Gift Certificate is redeemable through our online store. You may only redeem up to the amount specified on your Gift Card. Any invoice over and above the Gift Card limit must be paid at the time of checkout. You have to pay your postage amount separately. The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Gift Card balances are stored within "My Account" on the Brandog website. To access "My Account", please login to your account using your registerted email address and password. Balances expire from 12 months of Gift Card purchase date.


Availability of Stock

All orders are subject to the availability of stock. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. In such events, we will notify you by phone, email or mail using the information you provide. All monies will be refunded using the original payment method.


Payment Options

All payment options are listed at the time of checkout. These include PayPal (Visa/Mastercard), Direct Deposit, Money Order and Cheque. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure that your order is placed correctly
Brandog accepts payments through Paypal, a secure online payment portal. You do not need to be registered with Paypal in order to make a payment using your Visa/Mastercard Credit or Debit cards..


Shipping
  • We ship every working day

    All orders received before 6pm (EST) will be posted on the next business day. If you’d like to upgrade to registered post, please add an extra $3 to your order during checkout with a note to say Registered Post”. We will only ship to the address listed on your order form. We do not use drop-shipping, all items are distributed from our warehouse with no exceptions. Please note that we are not responsible for postal damage or loss of uninsured items.


  • Shipping Times

    All delivery times are estimates as we cannot guarantee what is beyond our control. Australia Wide: Please allow 1-7 working days
    Overseas: Please allow up to 20 working days depending on your destination.


  • Duties for Overseas Customers

    The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.


  • Shipping Rates

    Australia Wide Regular Post: Brandog charges a flat rate shipping fee of $7 for any single transaction below $50. For orders above $50 we offer Free Shipping Australia wide.

    Registered Post: IF you’d like to upgrade to Registered Post, please notify us at the checkout and include an additional $3 to your total.

    International Post: Brandog charges a flat rate of $15. Please note that we are unable to ship beds internationally due to the high cost of shipping. Free shipping does not apply to international transactions. Please be aware that additional duties/taxes may be charged in your country for receiving the goods – this is out of our control.

Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes deemed collectable by your country.


Returns & Refunds

Brandog will exchange or refund your goods within 2 weeks of the original purchase date. You must however, notify us of your intent to access a refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You can notify us via phone 02 9705 0081 or by email Chris@brandog.com.au. Goods must be in their original condition - unworn and unused. We reserve the right to reject any claim for a refund or exchange where we suspect that the goods have been used. This decision will be made at our absolute discretion. Please note that Brandog does not provide any refund or exchange for overseas buyers so please choose carefully. Refunds
Where a refund is requested, we will return the money using the original payment method. Your refund will only be processed once we receive the goods back in their original and unused condition. We will not under any circumstance refund your money for postage and handling.

Exchanges
Where an exchange is required, please return your original item to us with a note indicating which item you would like to have in exchange. Once we receive the goods, we will dispatch your new item. You are required to pay any difference in price before we dispatch the new item(s). You are required to pay for the postage of the new goods, and the postage costs of returning the unwanted items. Brandog.com.au will not be held liable for any postage incurred during the exchange process whatsoever.

Return / Exchange Shipping Costs
If Brandog has made an error and dispatched the incorrect item, we will pay for the return (and subsequent) shipping costs where applicable. The buyer must fund the cost of return (and subsequent) shipping costs where an exchange or refund has been approved. The buyer agrees to return their unwanted items within 2 weeks of the original purchase date via Registered Post or Courier. Brandog will not provide a replacement or refund if the original items are not returned and we take no responsibility for lost parcels.
